Privacy Policy

Sudoku Pals (the "App") takes your privacy seriously. The App does not operate its own server; game progress and animal-friend collection data are stored on your device and in iCloud (with a subscription). The third-party SDKs listed below may collect certain information for advertising, analytics, and purchase processing.

Information collected and used

  • Advertising (Google AdMob): When tracking is permitted (ATT), the advertising identifier (IDFA), device information, approximate location, and usage data — for personalized advertising and measurement.
  • Analytics (Firebase Analytics): App usage data and device identifiers — for product improvement.
  • Crash diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics): Crash logs and diagnostic data — for stability improvement.
  • Push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging / FCM): A token for push-receive readiness — no server-side push is currently sent.
  • Purchase processing (Apple StoreKit): Purchase and subscription validation is handled by Apple; the developer has no server involvement.

Tracking and App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

The advertising identifier (IDFA) is used only when you select "Allow" in iOS App Tracking Transparency. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track" or "Deny", no personalized tracking occurs and non-personalized ads may be shown.

Third-party sharing and processing

The information above is processed through the SDKs of each service provider (Google, Apple). Please also review each provider's privacy policy.

Retention, deletion, and data removal

  • Deleting the App also deletes game data stored on your device.
  • iCloud sync data (with a subscription) can be deleted from iCloud settings on your device.
  • The advertising identifier can be reset or restricted in device settings.

Children's privacy

The App is rated 4+ and contains no real gambling elements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians can manage advertising and tracking settings on the device.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Tracking consent can be changed at any time in device settings.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or our services. Any updates will be posted on this page.
