How do I restore my purchases?

Tap "Restore Purchases" in the app's settings or paywall screen. Any ad removal or subscription purchased with the same Apple ID will be restored.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings → Your Name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions, then select Sudoku Pals Plus to cancel. Your benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Will my progress sync across devices?

With a Plus subscription, your progress and collection sync across devices sharing the same iCloud account. Make sure iCloud is enabled in Settings.

There are too many ads / I want to remove ads.

Ads only appear occasionally at the end of a game. You can remove them with a Plus subscription or the legacy ad-removal purchase.

I want to delete my data.

Deleting the App removes your on-device data. iCloud data can be deleted from iCloud settings. For additional requests, please contact us by email.

How do I collect animal friends?

When you meet a condition listed in the collection book — like "first puzzle complete" or "play at midnight" or "finish today's puzzle" — that friend arrives exactly as shown.
